Abstract:
In order to explore the effect of the 5 'untranslated region sequence of HSV-1 immediate early gene as the 5' UTR of model protein mRNA on its translation, this study analyzed and compared the expression efficiency of 4 immediate early genes 5 'UTR and βglobin 5' UTR as the 5 'UTR of mRNA by detecting the expression level of EGFP in cells and animals. The results of animal and cell experiments showed that the expression level of 5 'UTR of RL2 as model protein was similar to that of β-globin, and the expression level of 5' UTR of RS1, US1, US12 as model protein was significantly lower than that of β-globin 5 'UTR. The 5 'untranslated region sequence of RL2 has the potential to serve as the 5' UTR of mRNA vaccines.
