红芽大戟的化学成分研究

Studies on chemical constituents of Knoxia corymbosa

  • 摘要: 对红芽大戟(Knoxia corymbosa)的化学成分进行了研究.利用反复硅胶柱层析进行分离和纯化,通过波谱学技术和理化常数鉴定了其中4个化合物的结构,包括2个黄酮苷,1个香豆素和苯甲酸.

     

    Abstract: The chemical constituents of Knoxia corymbosa were studied and four compounds were isolated.The structures of these compounds were elucidated as kaempferol-3-O-glucopyranoside(1),kaempferol-3-O-6″-acetyl-glucopyranoside(2),bergapten(3),benzoic acid(4).
