LaCaMnO3薄膜LIV信号的实验研究

Investigation of LIV signal of LaCaMnO3 films

  • 摘要: 利用脉冲激光沉积(PLD)的方法,在SrTiO3和LaAlO3倾斜衬底上成功地制备了钙钛矿结构的一系列LaCaMnO3薄膜.并测量了这一系列薄膜的激光感生电压(Laser Induced Voltage).将在不同倾角的LaAlO3衬底获得的信号与激光感生电压的理论公式相比较,发现测量结果与理论能够较好的符合.介绍测量这些薄膜的激光感生电压的方法,并对测量结果进行分析.

     

    Abstract: The series of LCMO films have been deposited successfully by the Pulse Laser Deposition. Then the Laser Induced Voltages of these LCMO films have been measured.The LIV signals from the films on the substrates at different tilt angles are found to coincide with the theoretical function of LIV.The measure method of LIV signal of films is introduced and the result of experiment is analyzed.
