一平浪盐矿耐盐真菌的种群调查

Study on halophilic fungi population of Yipinglang

  • 摘要: 研究了云南一平浪盐矿的耐盐真菌的分布和种群.采用4种不同含盐浓度的培养基进行分离纯化培养,结果获得149株真菌,以形态特征为主进行分类鉴定到属,有3目,3科,18属.优势属为:青霉属(Penicillum),曲霉属(Aspergillus),拟青霉属(Paecilomyces).

     

    Abstract: Fungus species and their distributing were studied in Yipinglang salt mine,Yunnan.They were identified as members of 18 genera in three families in three orders,and the domination genera are Penicillum,Aspergillus and Paecilomyces .
