弹性回复对应原理在非线性粘弹性本构理论中的应用

Application of the elastic recovery correspondence principle in nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive theory

  • 摘要: 在引用三维Stieltjes卷积形式的简化非线性粘弹性本构关系和三维本构关系的弹性回复对应原理的基础上,提出了一种寻求非线性粘弹性本构关系的新方法,运用上述理论对聚丙烯材料在不同应变率条件下的单轴拉伸应力应变曲线进行了模拟,理论计算表明,建立在弹性回复对应原理基础上的非线性粘弹性本构关系能够对聚合物一类非线性粘弹性材料的本构行为进行合理的描述.

     

    Abstract: A new nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive relation baced on the three-dimensional nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive relations by Stieltjes convolution and the elastic recovery correspondence principle in the form of three-dimension constitutive relation is proposed in this paper.The new nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive relation is applied to forecast the stress respons of polypropylene single-axis tension to different strain’s rates in the tests.The fact that the nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive relation based on the elasticity recovery correspondence principle can be used to describe the constitutive behavior of polymer,a class of nonlinear viscoelastic material,is verified by the theoretic calculations.
