Abstract:
A new method was suggested to identify authentic and fake cigarettes fast and nondestructively,by application of FT-NIRspectroscopy and a qualitative analysis of similarity match.In this research,similarity-match identifying models were established respectively by using the TQstatistical software and the data of NIRdiffuse reflection spectral of 50-batch-cigarette samples (1000 cigarettes) of 3 brands,Yunyan (Impression),Yunyan (Soft Rarity) and Yunyan (Purple),from Hongyun Honghe Tobacco (Group) Co.,Ltd.Established parameters and the identifying effects of the models were also evaluated.Results showed that the identifying accuracy of the cigarettes from models of 3 brands,Yunyan (Impression),Yunyan (Soft Rarity) and Yunyan (Purple), from those of model-brand and non-model-brand,including fake brands and other brands,were 100%,98.3% and 96.7% respectively.Therefore, the application of FT-NIRspectroscopy could identify cigarettes rapidly,nondestructively and at larger scale,and it provided a new idea and method to fight against fake cigarettes and protect right.
