大理野生折耳根地下部分挥发油化学成分研究

Study on the chemical constituents of essential oil from wildHouttuynia cordata Thunb in Dali

  • 摘要: 研究大理野生折耳根地下部分挥发油化学成分.采用GC-MS法对挥发油成分进行分析研究,共分离鉴定24种挥发油成分,占挥发油总量的88.93%,其主要成分为癸酸、软脂酸、甲基正壬酮.大理野生折耳根地下部分挥发油与其他产地折耳根挥发油化学成分有较大差别,为折耳根地下部分挥发油成分的进一步开发提供了科学依据. 

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the chemical constitutes of the essential oil in the underground part of wild Houttuynia cordata Thunb in Dali. Methods GC-MS method was used to study the chemical constitutes of the essential oil. Results 24 constituents were isolated and identified(88.93% of the total essential oil),and the main compounds were capric acid,hexadecanoic acid and 2-undecanone. Conclusion There were significant differences between the essential oils in the underground of wild H.cordatain in Dali and those in other producing areas,which provided a scientific evidence to develop and utilize the essential oil existed in underground part of Houttuynia cordata Thunb.
