普洱市普洱茶产品质量分析

Analysis of Puer tea product quality in Puer city

  • 摘要: 根据普洱市近3年全市2000多个批次普洱茶样品的检验结果,结合GB/T 221112008《地理标准产品 普洱茶》标准要求,从普洱茶的感官、理化指标(水分、总灰分、水浸出物、茶多酚)、安全性指标(铅、稀土、农药残留、微生物指标)对我市普洱茶产品质量进行综合分析.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,according to the detection results of 2000 Puer tea samples in the past three years,we comprehensively analyzed the Puer tea products quality in the Puer city,including the sense of Puer tea,physiochemical index (water content,total ash,water extracts,and tea polyphenols content ),safety index (lead,rare earths,pesticide residues and microbiology indicators).
