茶叶中铅、镉、铜含量的测定方法比较

Determination method comparison of lead,cadmium and copper in tea

  • 摘要: 在测定茶叶标准物质中铅、镉、铜含量时,采用干法灰化法和微波消解法两种消化方式处理样品,对比两种前处理方法的测定值.结果显示:微波消解法的结果准确,铅、镉、铜的测定值均在标准定值范围之内,回收率好,分别为铅:93.3%~106.7%;镉:95.2%~103.2%;铜:100.0%~103.2%.

     

    Abstract: he content of lead,cadmium and copper in tea standard material were determined.There were two pre-treatment methods as follows:dry digestion and microwave digestion.The measured values of tea sample which processed by these two pre-treatment methods were contrasted respectively.The results showed that the microwave digestion was accurate;the measured values of lead,cadmium and copper were in the standard value range,and good recovery,lead recovery was 93.3%~106.7%;cadmium was 95.2%~103.2%;and copper was 100.0%~103.2%.
