两种方法测定普洱茶中茶多酚含量的比较

Comparison of two methods to determine the polyphenols content of Puer tea

  • 摘要: 对云南省地方标准DB53/T2162007和GB/T83132008第二法测定普洱茶中茶多酚的含量进行比较,结果表明用GB/T83132008测得的茶多酚含量比DB53/T2162007低,将GB/T83132008第二法中样品处理方法进行改进,且对标准样品进行测定并达到预期结果.实验所测定的20个生茶样品的茶多酚质量分数均在20%以上,20个熟茶样品的茶多酚质量分数均在15%以下,为以后普洱茶国家标准中茶多酚指标的进一步修订提供了参考.

     

    Abstract: This paper compared the two methods which are the Yunnan local standards DB53/T2162007 and the second method of GB/T83132008 of determining the content of tea polyphenols.Result shows that the polyphenols content of GB/T83132008 is lower than DB53/T2162007,the second method of GB/T83132008 of the sample handling has been improved,and standard samples were measured and achieve the desired results.The content of polyphenols of 20 raw tea samples were more than 20%,the content of polyphenols of 20 cooked tea samples were lower than 15%.The results provide a reference for the national standard of Puer tea.〖JP〗
