普洱茶氮含量的测定

Determination of nitrogen content of Puer tea

  • 摘要: 介绍了凯氏定氮法测定普洱茶样品中氮含量的两个步骤,样品消解及氨氮蒸馏测定.提出了以H2SO4-H2O2消化样品,用凯氏定氮仪测定氮含量的方法.通过对精密度及加标回收实验,得出该方法样品前处理过程消化完全,且时间短、测定的结果准确可靠. 

     

    Abstract: This article described two steps of determination of nitrogen content by Kjelddahl method of Puer tea sample,digestion and determination of ammonia distillation.The method is proposed to determinate nitrogen content by Kjelddahl method with H2SO4-H2O2 digesting sample.The results showed that to pre-treatment process of digestion method of sample was completely,time short,accurate and reliable,as well as the precision and spike recovery experiment.
