Influence of the metal-chelate function on the adsorption properties of the molecular imprinted polymer of quercetin

  • 摘要: 采用槲皮素及槲皮素与Cu(Ⅱ)和Co(Ⅱ)的配合物为模板分子,丙烯酰胺(AM)为功能单体,在甲醇中制备了一系列印迹聚合物和非印迹聚合物,并用平衡结合实验研究了聚合物的性能,探讨了金属离子的引入对槲皮素印迹聚合物吸附性能的影响.结果表明,在印迹聚合物的聚合体系中引入金属离子Cu(Ⅱ)和Co(Ⅱ),尤其是Co(Ⅱ)后,印迹聚合物对槲皮素的吸附容量和印迹效果均有明显增加;同时如果在吸附溶液中再加入金属离子,印迹聚合物的吸附容量可以由未加金属离子时的35.99 mg/g增加到69.10 mg/g,印迹因子则由1.68增加到了1.94.

     

    Abstract: In order to study on the influence of the presence of metal ions on the adsorption properties of the molecular imprinted polymer(MIP) of quercetin,a series of molecular imprinted polymers were prepared in methanol using quercetin or the complex of quercetin with Cu(Ⅱ) and Co(Ⅱ) as template molecule,acrylamide(AM) as functional monomer,respectively.The adsorption properties of these polymers were studied by equilibrium adsorption experiment.The results indicated that both the adsorption capacity(Q) and imprinting effect(QMTP/QNMTP) were improved remarkably after Cu(Ⅱ) and Co(Ⅱ) especially Co(Ⅱ) was added in the polymerization system.Moreover,the adsorption capacity could be increased from 35.99 mg/g to 69.10 mg/g together with the imprinting effect increased form 1.68 to 1.94 if the metal ion was added in the adsorption solution at the same time.
