Abstract:
The eight elements Cu,Zn,Fe,Mg,Ca,Cr,Mn and Cd,in Arundina graminifolia were extracted based on traditional analytical flowchart program and separated into water-soluble state and suspension state by micro porous filtering film.Water-soluble state was divided into organic state and inorganic state based on macro porous adsorption resin. The elements were detected by flame atomic adsorption spectrometry(FAAS).The results show extractive rates of the elements were in the range of 10.27%—58.01% and immerse-residue ratio in11.46%—138.6%.Adsorption ration of suspension state was in the range of 0.25%—8.47%.The ratio of organic state to inorganic state of Fe in water-soluble state was 322.8%and the ratio of Zn,Cd,Mn,Mg,Ca,Cr and Cu were in the range of 40.28%—121.2%.The recovery ratios by standard addition were in the range of 93.48%~116.3% and relative standard deviations(RSD) were in the range of 1.21%—3.57%.Precision and accuracy of determining results are satisfactory.
