  • 摘要: 在细胞毒试验结果指导下,同步对牛膝菊(Galinsoga parviflora)全株的有效部位进行化学成分分离纯化,得到7个化合物,通过理化数据测定及波谱数据分析,鉴定了化学结构,分别是:对映-贝壳杉-16-烯-19-酸(1);对映-15-当归酰氧基-16-贝壳杉烯-19-酸(2);对映-15-当归酰氧基-16,17-环氧-19-贝壳杉烷酸(3);豆甾醇(4);α-菠甾醇(5);α-菠甾醇硬脂酸酯(6);β-谷甾醇(7).同时,细胞毒试验表明,牛膝菊的氯仿及乙酸乙酯提取物有一定细胞毒活性,其IC50分别为8.5,10.5μg/mL.

     

    Abstract: The chemical constituents of Galinsoga parviflora were studied.Seven compounds were isolated from G.parviflora by column chromatogramphies of sephadex LH-20 and silica gel.Their structures were identified by physical and chemical properties and spectral data analysis.All the seven compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.These compunds are:ent-kaur-16-en19-oicacid,ent-15-angeloyloxy-16-kauren-19-oic-acid,ent-15-angeloyloxy-16,17-epoxy-19-kauranoicacid,stigmasterol,α-spinasterol,α-spinasterylqoctadecanate,β-sitostel.Cytotoxicity screening of the extracts from Galinsoga parviflora Cav was carried out by HL60 cell.Two extractive fractions obtained with chloroform and ethyl acetate possess anticancer activities.Their IC50 are 8.5,10.5μg/mL respectively.
