摘要: 介绍六氢吡咯吲哚环系结构单元的天然化合物的结构、生物活性及其合成研究进展.主要从不同的方法对C3a位季碳的构筑,从而合成此类含六氢吡咯吲哚生物碱天然产物的合成方法进行归纳和总结.

Abstract: The diverse structure,synthesis and bioactivity of natural products with a hexahydropyrroloindole unit are reviewed.Synthetic methods for hexahydropyrroloindole alkaloids were summarized based on the methods used for the construction of the C3a all-carbon quaternary stereocenter.
