Abstract: It is possible for life-long learning,full-time learning at the background of technological innovation and smart mobilephone,Pad popularization.In order to adapt the learning media from the changes of new technology,we author put forward a micro-learnings model based on smart mobilephone in the informal learning environment through combing the concept of micro-learning and combining the character of mobile terminal.
