滇刺枣的化学成分研究

The chemical constituents of Zizyphus mauritiana Lam.

  • 摘要: 采用萃取、柱层析、重结晶等方法结合波谱分析方法对滇刺枣果肉部分进行化学成分研究,分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为5-羟甲基糠醛(5-hydroxymethyl furaldehyde,1)、4-羟基苯甲醛(4-hydroxybenzaldehyde,2)、对甲基苯酚(4-methylphenol,3)、对羟基苯甲醇(4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol,4)、莨菪亭(Scopoletin,5)、白桦脂酸(betulinic acid,6)、hiziprafuran (7)、蔗糖(sucrose,8)、芦丁(rutin,9).化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到.

     

    Abstract: The chemical constituents of Zizyphus mauritiana Lam.were studied by methods of extraction,column chromatography,crystallization.Nine compounds were isolated and determined to be 5-hydroxymethyl furaldehyde (1),4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (2),4-methylphenol (3),4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol (4),scocoletin (5),betulinic acid (6),hiziprafuran (7),sucrose (8) ,rutin (9) by spectroscopic methods.All these compounds were isolated for the first time from this plant.
