Abstract: Learning support services plays an important role in the distance education process.In recent years,scholars have conducted a lot of research on learning support service,both in theory and in practice have made great progress.But for "rural distance education" workers,there is few targeted and high quality researches.This article teasts out the "rural distance education" learning support service system definition,function,building principles of perspective,in order to provide reference on the "Rural Distance Teaching" research.
