烟杆生产酒精的工艺研究

Study on technology of alcohol production from tobacco stems

  • 摘要: 为提高烟草生产废弃物的利用,以烟叶生产过程中的烟杆为原料,采用糖发酵法生产酒精,研究了不同处理下酒曲用量、发酵时间、发酵温度对酒精产量的影响,并用国家标准检测了酒精的含量.结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:利用去除烟碱的糖水溶液,料与酒曲质量比为50∶1,在20 ℃的条件下发酵24 d,酒精的产率为15%.所得酒精达到食用的标准.

     

    Abstract: In order to enhance utilization efficiency of tobacco waste,alcohol was produced by sugar fermentation method using tobacco stems of tobacco production.Influence factors of alcohol yield were studied,such as the amount of yeast,fermentation time and temperature.Alcohol content was tested with analysis method of national standards.The results showed that the optimum technology was as follow:sugar water solution of removing nicotine,raw materials/yeast was 50/1(w/w), fermentation temperature was 20 ℃ and time was 24 d.On this condition,alcohol yield was 15%.Alcohol conforms to standard of the edible alcohol.
