Abstract: Using randomized block design,Schizophyllum commune yield and the content of polysaccharide was studied in different culture medium.The content of polysaccharide of Schizophyllum commune was tested by using water extraction and alcohol precipitation method.The results showed that the yield of formula 8(79% cottonseed shell,10% corn flour,10 % soybean and 1% gypsum powder) is the highest(62.52g/ bag).The content of polysaccharide of formula 2(79% sawdust, 10% corn flour,10% wheatbran and 1% gypsum powder) is the highest(13.49%).
