Abstract:
For rapidly and sensitively determining the
p-ethoxy-phenylurea in edible essence,a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed, in which the edible essence was extracted by deionized water, then separated by centrifugal and purged by C
18-SPE column.The results showed that:① The samples of edible essence could be analyzed directly after extraction by deionized water and purged by C
18-SPE column,the separation results was satisfactory;② The detection limit of p-ethoxy-phenylurea was 0.42 mg/kg,the limit of quantitation was 1.40 mg/kg and the recovery ranged from 92.72% to 95.33%.The intra-day and inter-day precisions were all less than 5%.
