载铂催化前驱体(MEA)2Pt(OH)6的制备及其性能研究

Synthesis and properties of bis(ethanolammonium)hexahydroxoplatinate(Ⅳ) as a new precursor for supported platinum catalysts

  • 摘要: 以氯铂酸钠为起始原料,通过水解、中和溶解反应,制备了六羟基合铂酸二(乙醇铵 )(MEA)2Pt(OH)6固体,产率为98%,铂质量分数为46.8%,钠和氯离子质量比小于200mg/kg.采用热重-差热分析(DTA-TG)研究了其热分解反应,同时评价了以它作为前驱体制备得到的Pt/ La-Al2O3载铂催化剂对CH4催化燃烧的催化活性.结果表明(MEA)2Pt(OH)6是较理想的催化前驱体.

     

    Abstract: A solid form of bis(ehanolammonium)hexahydroxoplatinate(Ⅳ) (MEA)2Pt(OH)6 was synthesized in a yield of 98% from sodium hexachloroplatinate as the raw material,via hydrolysis and neutralization-dissolution.The content of platinum in the product was measured to be 46.8% whereas both sodium and chloride ion did not exceed 200mg/kg.The thermal decomposition reaction was investigated by means of DTA-TG,and the catalytic combustion of methane was evaluated on Pt/La-Al2O3 catalysts prepared by using (MEA)2Pt(OH)6 as the precursor.The results imply that the compound is a good precursor for supported platinum catalysts.
