丹参脂溶性成分的化学研究

Chemical constituents about fat-soluble of Radix salviae miltiorrhizae

  • 摘要: 研究了丹参脂溶性化学成分.采用硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20和HPLC等色谱技术进行分离和纯化,根据波谱数据对化合物进行结构鉴定.从丹参的乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为2,3-反式-4,5-顺式-二烯-6-羰基硬脂酸(1)、丹参螺旋缩酮内酯(2)、丹参酮Ⅰ(3)、丹参酮ⅡA(4)、二氢丹参酮Ⅰ(5)、二氢异丹参酮Ⅰ(6)、异隐丹参酮(7)、丹参酸甲酯(8)、弥罗汉酚(9)、Sibiriqninone A(10)、Sibiriqninone B(11).化合物1为新化合物,命名为2,3-反式-4,5-顺式-二烯-6-羰基硬脂酸.

     

    Abstract: Aim To study the chemical constituents from 95% ethanol extract of Radix salviae miltiorrhizae.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and HPLC.The structures of the compounds were identified on the basis of spectral methods.Results Eleven compounds were isolated and purified from the 95% ethanol extract of radix salviae miltiorrhizae and identified as:2,3-trans-4,5-cis-diene-6-carbonyl stearic acid(1),danshenspiroketallactone(2),tanshinoneⅠ(3),tanshinoneⅡA(4),dihydrotanshinoneⅠ(5),dihydroisotanshinone(6),isocryptotanshinone(7),methyl tanshinonate(8),ferruginol(9),sibiriqninone A(10),and sibiriqninone B(11).Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named 2,3-trans-4,5-cis-diene-6-carbonyl stearic acid.
