N-((pyrrolidin-2-yl)methyl)-1-hydroxynaphthalene-2-carboxamide catalyzed asymmetic Michael addition of anthrone with nitrostyrene

  • 摘要: 探讨了N-((吡咯烷-2-基)甲基)-1-羟基萘-2-甲酰胺(1d)有机小分子催化蒽酮与硝基烯烃不对称Michael加成反应.研究表明,在40℃条件下,CH2Cl2中,催化剂用量为蒽酮的15%(x)存在下,反应15h,蒽酮与硝基烯烃能有效地进行Michael加成反应,获得较好的产率(79%~88%)和对映选择性(最高85% ee).

     

    Abstract: Catalyzed by an organic small molecule N-((pyrrolidin-2-ly)methyl)-1-hydroxynaphthalene-2-carboxamide,asymmetric Michael addition of anthrone with nitrostyrenes has been developed.The reaction was 15 hours efficiently performed in the presence of (15mmol%) at 40℃ in CH2Cl2,obtained in excellent yield (79%~88% yields) and high enantioselectivities (up to 85% ee).The procedure was characterized by lower amount of inexpensive catalyst,mild reaction condition,environmentally benign and simplicity.
