不同外源物质浸种对干旱胁迫下巴马火麻种子萌发的影响研究*

Promoting effect of soaking with different exogenous substances on seeds germination of hemp ‘Bamahuoma’ under drought stress

  • 摘要: 以巴马火麻种子为试验材料,探索4种外源物质赤霉素、Vc(维生素C)、葡萄糖和CaCl2不同浓度处理对20% PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫下大麻种子萌发的影响.结果表明:在一定浓度的赤霉素、Vc、葡萄糖和CaCl2浸种处理后能不同程度缓解干旱胁迫下的巴马火麻种子的萌发,且较适宜的处理质量浓度分别为600、600、800mg/L和600mg/L.4种外源物质对巴马火麻种子萌发的干旱胁迫缓解作用以赤霉素和Vc处理效果较好.

     

    Abstract: Hemp (Cannabis sativa) ‘Bamahuoma’ seeds were used as materials to explore the effect of different soaking concentrations of gibberellin,vitamin c,glucose and CaCl2 on seeds germination under drought stress of 20% PEG-6000.The results showed that the treatments of a certain concentration of gibberellin,vitamin c,glucose and CaCl2 could promote seeds germination of hemp,and the appropriate soaking concentration was 600,600,800mg/L and 600mg/L,respectively.The promoting effect of GA and Vc on seeds germination of hemp was better than the rest.
