基于GIS和信息量-快速聚类模型的滑坡易发性研究——以云南省福贡县为例

Evaluation of landslide susceptibility based on GIS and the information value & the K-means cluster model ——Take Fugong County as an Example

  • 摘要: 云南省福贡县地质环境脆弱,滑坡灾害频发,对其开展滑坡灾害易发性研究具有重大意义.首先,在研究了福贡县地质地理环境特征和滑坡现状发育特征的基础上,从地理环境因素、地质环境因素、人类活动因素3个维度选取9个指标因子建立滑坡灾害易发性评价指标体系,并利用滑坡频率比法充分考虑各因子不同状态下对滑坡灾害的不同影响情况进行各指标因子状态分级;其次,引入信息量模型并基于GIS平台对福贡县滑坡灾害进行易发性评价;再则,通过快速聚类算法对滑坡易发性进行分级,提高滑坡易发性评价的准确性;最后,利用成功率曲线对评价精度进行验证.结果表明:采用GIS和信息量-快速聚类模型进行滑坡易发性评价能较好地反映出福贡县的滑坡灾害易发性状况,改善了由于人为因素对区域划分的主观影响,与福贡县的实际滑坡灾害分布情况相吻合,可应用于福贡县的防灾减灾工作.

     

    Abstract: Evaluation of susceptibility of landslides plays a significance role in Fugong County of Yunnan Province where geological environment is fragile and landslides take place frequently.Firstly,based on the study of the characteristics of the geological and geographical environment and of the development of landslides in Fugong County,nine influence factors from three dimensions,including the factors of geographical environment,geological environment and human activity,are chosen as the evaluation index.The state of each index is graded based on landslide frequency ratio method under the condition that landslides are influenced by different states of different factors.Secondly,the information value model is used to evaluate the susceptibility of the landslides in Fugong County based on GIS.Then,the susceptibility results are graded by adopting the K-means cluster analysis.Finally,the success rate is verified by the success rate curve.The results show that the method based on GIS and the information value & the K-means cluster model can better reflect the susceptibility of landslides in Fugong County,which reduces the subjective influence of human factors on regional division.The susceptibility results are consistent with the distribution of actual landslides in Fugong County and can be used in preventing and reducing disasters in the County.
