基于AHP的国家湿地公园社会功能评价

Social function evaluation of national wetland park based on AHP

  • 摘要: 湿地因其具有多种功能,近年逐渐成为学者研究的重点. 其中,社会功能与人们联系最为密切,国家湿地公园湿地是湿地社会功能功能最直接的表现形式. 采用层次分析法以湿地保护与利用、文化与科教、景观与休闲为综合评价层,结合指标层13个指标建立国家湿地公园社会功能评价体系. 通过权重计算,发现在综合评价层中湿地保护与利用的权重最大,文化与科教次之,景观与休闲权重最小. 以黑龙江省国家湿地公园为研究对象,通过进一步计算可得到该省国家湿地公园的综合评价指数,结果表明:太阳岛国家湿地公园最好,CEI=0.806;白渔泡国家湿地公园和新青国家湿地公园次之;安邦河国家湿地公园在社会功能方面发挥不佳;富锦国家湿地公园、泰湖国家湿地公园功能发挥体现较差,CEI分别为0.522、0.499.

     

    Abstract: Because of its multiple functions, wetlands have become the focus of research in recent years. The social function of wetland in national wetland park is the most direct manifestation of wetland function. The analytic hierarchy process is adopted by taking wetland protection and utilization, culture and science and education, landscape and leisure as the comprehensive evaluation layers. The social function evaluation system of national wetland park is established by combining 13 indicators. Through weight calculation, the weight of wetland protection and utilization is the most important layer, followed by culture and science education, and the weight of landscape and leisure is the least important. The comprehensive evaluation indexes of all national wetland parks in Heilongjiang province can be obtained by further calculation. The results showed that: The Sun Island National Wetland Park was the best, CEI=0.806; The Baiyu Bubble National Wetland Park and Xinqing National Wetland Park was the second. Anbound river national wetland park performed poorly in social functions; The functional performance of Fujin National Wetland Park and Taihu National Wetland Park was poor, with CEI being 0.522 and 0.499, respectively. The study can provide scientific basis for the restoration, protection, development and management of wetland resources in Heilongjiang national wetland parks.
