川牛膝的化学成分研究

Chemical constituents of roots of Cyathula officinalis Kuan

  • 摘要: 通过柱色谱法对川牛膝根部的化学成分进行分离,得到了9个化合物,并采用核磁共振波谱技术对分离所得的化合物进行结构鉴定,分别为川木香内酯( 1 ),α-菠甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷( 2 ),胡萝卜甙( 3 ),头花蒽草甾酮( 4 ),杯苋甾酮( 5 ),28-epi-杯苋甾酮( 6 ),齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷( 7 ),18β-H-甘草次酸-30-β-吡喃葡萄糖酯( 8 ),齐墩果酸-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷( 9 ). 其中,化合物 1 ~ 27 ~ 9 均为首次从川牛膝中分离得到.

     

    Abstract: Nine compounds were isolated from roots of Cyathula officinalis Kuan by method of silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by NMR spectrum. The structures of these compounds were identified respectively as mokko lactone ( 1 ), α-spinasteryl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 2 ), β-sitosterol-3-O-glucopyranoside ( 3 ), capitasterone ( 4 ), cyasterone ( 5 ), 28-epi-cyasterone ( 6 ), oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 7 ), 18β-H-glycyrrhetinic acid 30-β-glucopyranosyl ester ( 8 ) and oleanolic acid-3-O-β-D-glucuronic acid ( 9 ). Compounds 12 , 79 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
