复合材料高频探头特性研究

A study on the characteristics of composite high frequency probe

  • 摘要: 基于复合材料高频探头辨识金属材料的应用,研究了探头压力、脉冲电压、脉冲重复率及所用探头的频率、耦合条件等因素对辨识结果的影响,并与同条件下的压电探头的性能进行了比较. 结果表明,复合材料探头在压力为2.5 N会取得稳定的散射回波信号,频率在一定范围内越大,得到的散射信号越清晰,回波信号的大小与脉冲电压、增益和耦合条件有关. 采样平均次数为2 000次时散射信号趋于稳定;脉冲重复率在一定范围内可以调整,不会影响辨识结果. 在同等参数下对比发现,复合材料探头在辨识相近金属材料方面具有优势.

     

    Abstract: Based on the application of composite high frequency probes to identify metal materials, the factors which may affect the identification results have been studied, such as pressure on the probe, frequency of probe, pulse voltage and repetition rate ,coupling of material. Under the same conditions, the properties of the composite probe and the piezoelectric probe have been compared.The results show that a stable scattering echo signal can be obtained while the pressure applied to a probe is 2.5 N. The scattering signal will be clearer when the frequency become higher within a certain range.The magnitude of echo signal is related to the pulse voltage, gain and coupling conditions, when the average number of sampling reaches 2 000 times and the scattering signal tends to be stable.The pulse repetition can be adjusted within a certain scope, and it will not affect the identification effect. It is found that the composite probe has certain advantages in identifying similar property metallic materials with the same parameters.
