美国新引烤烟品种及其在不同产地烟叶主要化学成分分析

Analysis of newly introduced flue-cured tobacco varieties and their conventional chemical components in different producing areas

  • 摘要: 为筛选出品质好的烤烟新品系,丰富烤烟品种资源,选取美国新引进的5个抗病较好品种及K326、云烟87两个主栽品种在6个不同省份进行田间试验,取样检测总糖、还原糖、烟碱、总氮和钾5个常规化学成分,并对各品种及不同产地烟叶中的化学成分进行了统计分析,以掌握各品种对化学成分的累积特点. 结果表明:以红塔集团对烟叶化学成分要求进行统计比较,总体上钾和总糖含量水平基本在红塔集团要求的适宜范围,NC-YATAS15品种的非烟碱氮与总氮比值与红塔集团要求符合性较好,NC-YATAS9的烟碱总体较稳定和适宜,所有试验品种两糖差符合性均较差;相较而言美引品种AOV405为高糖、高钾、低烟碱品种. 5个新引品种和对照K326、云烟87烟叶中的烟碱、总糖、还原糖含量均不存在显著差异;总氮存在一定的差异,云烟87显著高于AOV405;品种间钾含量存在差异,5个新引品种钾含量均优于对照K326和云烟87,CC35品种钾含量显著高于其它品种. 各个省间种植的烟叶常规化学成分存在显著差异. 贵州贵阳的烟叶烟碱和钾较高,总糖较低;湖南永州烟碱、氮和钾较高,总糖和还原糖较低;重庆武隆县的烟叶还原糖较低;福建龙岩的烟叶总糖和还原糖较高,烟碱和总氮较低;云南楚雄苍岭的烟叶烟碱、钾和总氮较低,总糖和还原糖较高.

     

    Abstract: In order to screen out new line of good quality flue-cured tobacco and enrich the flue-cured tobacco varieties resources, field experiments were conducted in six different provinces with five newly introduced varieties from American with good disease resistance and two main varieties, K326 and Yunyan87. To understand the characteristics of chemical composition content of each varieties, five conventional chemical compositions, such as total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen and potassium were detected. The results were statistical analysis in accordance with the requirement of Hongta Tobacco (Group) Co.. The results showed that potassium and total sugar content level in tobacco leaf were basically in the appropriate range required by Hongta Tobacco (Group) Co.. The ratio of non- nicotine N to total N of NC-YATAS15 was consistent with the requirements of Hongta Tobacco (Group) Co.. The nicotine of NC-YATAS9 is stable and suitable. The consistency of total sugar and reducing sugar in all tested varieties of all varieties was poor. In comparison, AOV405 was a variety with high sugar, high potassium and low nicotine content. There was no significant difference in the content of nicotine, total sugar and reducing sugar between the five new varieties and the control K326 and Yunyan87. There was a certain difference in total nitrogen, total nitrogen, Yunyan87 was significantly higher than that of AOV405. The potassium content of 5 newly introduced varieties was higher than that of the control K326 and Yunyan87, and the potassium content of CC35 varieties was significantly higher than that of other varieties. There were significant differences in the chemical composition of tobacco leaves planted in different provinces. The nicotine and potassium of tobacco leaf in Guiyang were higher and the total sugar was lower. The content of nicotine, nitrogen and potassium were higher and the content of total sugar and reducing sugar was lower in Yongzhou. The reducing sugar of tobacco leaf was lower in Wulong County of Chongqing. The tobacco leaf of Longyan in Fujian had higher total sugar,reducing sugar, lower nicotine and total nitrogen. The nicotine, potassium and total nitrogen were lower, the total sugar and reducing sugar were higher in tobacco leaves of Cangling Chuxiong, in Yunnan Province.
