Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the success rate of high-speed railway LTE network handover is not fully improved, a handover algorithm based on location information and beamforming assistance is proposed. Firstly, the target cell is quickly locked by receiving the direction of arrival (DoA) and the neighbor list. Then, the beamforming is introduced into the high-rail handover overlap region to generate different regions of different beamforming gain services. Finally, calculate the pre-trigger start position and trigger position, and the task of allocating channel resources in advance and trigger judgment are performed respectively. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm has higher handovering success rate when the train is in the same position compared with the traditional handovering algorithm and the early handovering algorithm, which can better adapt to the high-speed railway environment.
