Abstract:
Thirteen ganoderic acids were isolated from the 95% ethanol extracts of the fruiting bodies of
Ganoderma resinaceum by chromatographic methods including silica gel chromatography, reversed phase chromatography, MCI and Semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by
1H NMR and
13C NMR techniques. They were identified as resinacein D (
1 ), leucocontextin I (
2 ), ganolucidic acid
γa (
3 ), resinacein R (
4 ), resinacein O (
5 ), methyl ganoderate C (
6 ), ganoderic acid AM
1 (
7 ), ganoderic acid H (
8 ),

, 9 and 11 were isolated from this fungus for the first time.
