四川常用杂交水稻对弱光胁迫的响应差异及其评价体系构建

The response difference of different hybrid rice to the low light stress and the construction of evaluation system for low light tolerant rice breeding in Sichuan Province

  • 摘要: 明确杂交水稻对弱光胁迫的响应差异,构建四川常用杂交水稻弱光耐受能力评价体系,对加快我国耐弱光水稻品种选育,保障粮食安全具有重要意义. 通过对田间试验数据的分析,构建了以水稻产量弱光响应系数(Y)、水稻物质转运弱光响应系数(T)和水稻株型弱光响应系数(M)为关键指标的水稻弱光综合耐受指数(CI). 结果表明:①弱光耐受型水稻的CI>10,显著高于弱光敏感型水稻,其Y<1.5,T>10,M>4,与弱光敏感型水稻差异显著. ②弱光耐受型水稻的株型和物质转运对弱光逆境响应敏感,倒三叶叶面积显著增加,物质转运效率提高,有效缓解了弱光胁迫对水稻生长的影响,进而弥补弱光胁迫对水稻产量不利影响. ③CI、YTM与弱光逆境下水稻产量的相关系数分别为0.958、−0.942、0.905和0.768,均达到显著水平. 水稻弱光综合耐受指数(CI)及其二级指标农学意义能够较好地反映水稻产量、物质转运和株型等对弱光逆境的响应,可以用来评价水稻对弱光逆境的适应性.

     

    Abstract: Clarifying the response difference of different rice to low light stress (LLS) and constructing the evaluation system of the LLS tolerant rice, are of great significence for accelerating the breeding of LLS tolerant rice and ensuring food security in China. This research constructed an evaluation system for the LLS tolerant rice, which considering the comprehensive response index (CI) as key factor and including the sub-index of yield response index to LLS (Y), dry matter transporting response index to LLS (T) and plant type response index to LLS (M). Results showed that: ① The CI of LLS tolerant rice was higher than 10, which was significantly higher than LLS sensitive rice; and characterized as Y<1.5, T>10 and M>4, which are all different with LLS sensitive rice significantly. ② The plant type and dry matter transporting of LLS tolerant rice are sensitive to LLS, its leaf area of top 3 leaves and dry matter transporting efficiency increased significantly, which relieved the negative impacts of LLS on rice growth and offset the negative effect of LLS on rice yield. ③ The correlation index of CI, Y, T and M to the yield of LLS tolerant rice under LLS environment was 0.958, −0.942, 0.905 and 0.768 respectively, all of them reached the significant level. Based on these results this research concluded that CI and its sub-index of Y, T and M can reflect the response of yield, dry matter transporting and plant type to LLS well, which can be used to evaluate the adaptability of rice on LLS.
