乌蒙山自然保护区罗汉坝藻类植物研究

A preliminary study on algae in Luohanba reservior of Wumengshan Nature Reserve

  • 摘要: 罗汉坝水库位于乌蒙山自然保护区中心位置,是重要的水源保护地,具有较高的生物多样性. 对罗汉坝水库定点采集水样,利用显微镜对藻类植物多样性进行分析研究,结果显示罗汉坝水库藻类植物群落多样性特征显著,分布有藻类植物6门26科62属204种(含变种). 根据藻类种类和个体数等统计分析,表明罗汉坝水体属于贫营养型,为清洁水体. 该研究结果填补了该区域藻类植物资源研究的不足,为该区域水生态环境保护及水质监测提供可靠数据和理论依据.

     

    Abstract: Luohanba reservoir, located in the center of the Wumengshan Nature Reserve, is an important water source protection area with high biodiversity. To analyzed the diversity of algae, water samples from the Luohanba Reservoir were collected and observed by microscope. The results showed that the diversity of algal plant communities in the Luohanba Reservoir was notable, including 6 phylum, 26 families, 62 genera, and 204 species (including varieties). According to the statistical analysis of species and individual numbers of algae, the water body of the Luohanba Reservoir is poor nutrient-based water and a clean water body. The results fill in the shortage of algae resources research in this area and provide reliable data and theoretical basis for water ecological environment protection and water quality monitoring in this area.
