基于集对分析和隶属函数的轨道电路故障诊断

Fault diagnosis of track circuit based on set pair analysis and membership function

  • 摘要: 针对ZPW-2000A轨道电路状态评估、诊断过程中故障类型与征兆间存在多种不确定性等问题,将集对分析及隶属函数引入轨道电路状态评估及故障诊断中. 首先,对收集到的数据处理并分析故障类型与故障征兆的联系,建立故障类型集合;然后,利用集对分析建立故障类型与轨道电路运行状态的联系度,并利用熵权法结合集对分析确定征兆间的权重精确值;最后,利用隶属函数,描述运行状态与状态等级间的对应关系,建立故障类型同异反评价矩阵模型. 算例验证结果表明,结合集对分析与隶属函数的轨道电路评估方法有效反映轨道电路运行状态及故障类型.

     

    Abstract: In view of the uncertainty between fault types and symptoms in ZPW-2000A track circuit state evaluation and diagnosis, set pair analysis and membership function are introduced into track circuit state evaluation and fault diagnosis. Firstly, the collected data are processed and the relationship between fault type and fault symptom is analyzed, and the fault type set is established. Secondly, set pair analysis is used to establish the relationship between the fault type and the running state of the track circuit, and entropy weight method is used to combine with set pair analysis to determine the accurate weight value between the symptoms. Finally, the membership function in fuzzy theory is used to describe the corresponding relationship between the operation state and the state level, and a matrix model of the same fault type and different fault type is constructed. The simulation results show that the evaluation method based on set pair analysis and membership function can effectively reflect the operation state and fault type of track circuit.
