Abstract:
                                      A comprehensive application of macroporous resin column chromatography, positive phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, HPLC, and other separation methods led to 15 compounds be seperated from the petroleum ether fraction of 
Hypericum wilsonii N. Robson (HW-PE). By using modern spectroscopy techniques, these 15 compounds were identified as folecitin(

β-sitosterol(  
3  ), 
β-carotene(  
4  ), betulinicaicd(  
5  ), glycerol monopalmitate(  
6  ), 1,7-dimethoxy-3,6-dihydroxyxanthone(  
7  ), 3,4-dihydroxy-2-methoxyxanthone(  
8  ), 27-epifurohyperforin isomer 1(  
9  ), uralione H(  
10  ), attenuatumione E(  
11  ), sampsonione K(  
12  ), attenuatumione C(  
13  ), hypersampsonone C(  
14  ) and otogirinin B(  
15  ). This is the first report on the chemical constituents from 
Hypericum wilsonii N.Robson.
