绝对螺旋构筑的乳酸类非手性Cd(Ⅱ)配位聚合物:合成、结构和荧光性质

A chiral Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymer embedding absolute helix based on lactatic deriavative: Synthesis, structure and photoluminescent property

  • 摘要: 在溶剂热条件下,用半刚性对映配体(R)-4-(1-羧基乙氧基)苯甲酸((R)-4-(1-carboxyethoxy) benzoic acid, (R)-H2CBA)或(S)-4-(1-羧基乙氧基)苯甲酸((S)-4- (1-carboxyethoxy) benzoic acid, (R)-H2CBA)与辅助配体1,3,5-三(1H-咪唑-1-基)苯(1, 3, 5-tri (1H-imidazol-1-yl) benzene, TIB)一起与Cd(Ⅱ)反应得到一结构新颖的三维配位聚合物,也就是Cd(CBA)(TIB)·xGuest( 1 ,CCDC: 1896008). 手性配体中部分原子的无序导致所合成产物为非手性配位聚合物. 结构分析揭示在配合物 1 中,去质子的CBA2−配体通过连接Cd(Ⅱ)中心沿着c轴方向形成了左手螺旋链,同时TIB配体也通过连接Cd(Ⅱ)中心沿着b轴方向构建出另外一种右手螺旋链. 对配合物 1 的相纯度、热稳定性和荧光性质进行了研究.

     

    Abstract: A novel 3D coordination polymer has been solvothermally synthesized using enantionpure ligand (R)-4-(1-carboxyethoxy)benzoic acid ((R)-H2CBA) or (S)-4-(1-carboxyethoxy) benzoic acid ((S)-H2CBA) to react with auxiliary N-donor ligand 1, 3, 5-tri (1H-imidazol-1-yl) benzene (TIB) and Cd(Ⅱ), namely, Cd(CBA)(TIB)·xGuest ( 1 , CCDC: 1896008). Crystallographic analysis indicates 1 is an achiral complex for some disordered atoms in CBA2− ligand. In the complex 1 , the deprotonated CBA2− ligands link the Cd centers to form a unique right-handed helical chain along the c-axis. Meanwhile, another left-handed helical chain based on Cd(Ⅱ) and TIB ligands is also found along the b-axis. As for complex 1 , an achiral framework was constructed by two kinds of absolute helical chains, which is a very rare phenomenon in the field of CPs. Furthermore, the IR, PXRD, thermostability and photoluminescent properties were also studied.
