基于超声相控阵平面波检测的金属指纹标签识别系统

An identification system of metal fingerprint tags based on plane wave detection of ultrasonic phased array

  • 摘要: 重要物品被伪造替换将造成重大损失. 文章提出了超声指纹标签的概念,利用超声相控阵平面波检测采集每个金属材料独有的超声回波,将其保存为指纹标签,与形状材料完全一致的仿制件混淆后,利用指纹标签识别算法准确识别出目标物体. 结果表明,超声相控阵识别系统可以稳定提取金属样品的超声信号,快速计算其超声指纹标签,并准确完成目标样品的识别,为贵重物品的保护和识别提供了新的方法.

     

    Abstract: To prevent important items from being forged and replaced, this paper presents a concept of ultrasonic fingerprint. Ultrasonic phased array is used to detect the unique echo of each item to get the ultrasonic fingerprint. The target item can be accurately recognized by ultrasonic fingerprint even if it is mixed with others which have the same appearance and material composition. The result shows that a variety of metallic samples can be identified effectively using ultrasonic phased array recognition system. This system provides a new approach for the protection and recognition of valued items.
