Abstract: Based on the definition of basic uncertain information soft set and the aggregation method of basic uncertain information, considering the personal expectation and prospect of the decision-maker for the selected alternatives, as well as the interaction between criterion, this paper based on basic uncertain information soft set gained and lost dominance score method, proposes based on basic uncertain information soft set gained and lost dominance score method based on prospect theory, and studies its multi-criteria decision making. Finally, an example is given.
