Abstract:
Germany is the birthplace of national territorial and spatial planning. The country has accumulated rich experience in optimizing spatial structure and promoting balanced regional development. Its national territorial planning has always embodied the concept of ecological protection, promoted the territorial scientific and orderly planning and the process of territorial and spatial planning across the world, and also greatly contributed to the realization of the sustainable development of regional economies. We used bibliometric analysis and visualization, starting with research content, research methods, research hotspots, to systematically comb, summarize and condense the development context of German territorial spatial planning, and found that German territorial spatial planning had experienced four stages of germination, exploration, development and expansion. The key points, development backgrounds and representative legal documents of each stage, especially the unique planning thoughts, ideas and concepts, have made outstanding contributions to the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, especially China's major function oriented zoning. It has practical significance for the construction of ecological civilization and the steady progress of rural revitalization in China in recent years.
