不同产地三七总皂苷和土壤矿质元素、水质的相关性分析

The correlations analysis between total saponin and soil mineral elements, water factors of Panax notoginseng from different producing areas

  • 摘要: 三七是重要的中药材,文山壮族苗族自治州是三七的道地产区. 为了解新产区土壤矿质元素、水质对三七总皂苷的影响,采用GB/T 19086—2008中的高效液相色谱法分析了6个州市92个样本三七总皂苷(Rb1、Rg1、R1)质量分数;采用GB 15618—2018和GB 5084—2004中的方法对45个样本土壤矿质元素、灌溉水质进行检测;对三七总皂苷及其地理位置、矿质元素和水质进行相关性、回归等分析;对三七总皂苷及其土壤矿质元素、灌溉水质进行PCA分析. 结果表明:二年生三七和三年生三七总皂苷质量分数与海拔、纬度相关性均为显著性负相关;高纬度、高海拔与三七总皂苷质量分数为显著负相关关系,高纬、高海拔不利于三七总皂苷的积累;三七总皂苷质量分数与土样13种成分,与水样中7种成分相关性均不显著. 灌溉水和种植土壤对三七总皂苷质量分数影响较小. 研究结果部分诠释了文山三七道地药材品质形成原因,并为新产区三七引种种植提供了可靠的科学依据.

     

    Abstract: The Panax notoginseng is an important Chinese medicinal material. Wenshan City is genuine producing areas for P. notoginseng. 92 samples and 45 soil and water samples were collected from 6 prefectures and cities in Kunming, Qujing, Baoshan, Chuxiong, Honghe and Wenshan Prefectures. The content of saponins, soil mineral elements and water factors of P. notoginseng from genuine producing area and new producing area were analyzed. The content of P. notoginseng saponins (Rb1, Rg1, R1) was determined by high performance liquid chromatography using GB/T 1908—2008. The methods GB 15618—2018 and GB 5084—2004 were used to detect soil mineral elements and water quality factors. The correlations and regression analyze between the content of total saponins and geographical location, mineral elements, water quality were analyzed. PCA analysis was carried out between the content of P. notoginseng saponins and soil mineral elements, water quality from different producing area. The results showed that there were a significant negative correlation between the contents of P. notoginseng saponins and altitude, north latitude for 2 years and 3 years old P. notoginseng, indicating that higher latitude and altitude were unfavourable for the accumulation of P. notoginseng saponins. The 13 components of soil and 7 components of water samples were not correlated with the accumulation of P. notoginseng saponins, indicating that planting soil and irrigation water had little effect on the content of P. notoginseng saponins. The research results interpreted the reason of P. notoginseng quality formation partly, and provides reliable and scientific basis for planting P. notoginseng in new producing area.
