Abstract:
Through the analyses of precipitation data, terrain data and socio-economic data, the flood and waterlogging risk assessment system and assessment model were established in Chuxiong Prefecture. The weight value of each flood index was calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process; The model of each influence factor was established by using the weighted comprehensive evaluation method; And GIS (Geographic Information System) was used to map the data results. The risk of waterlogging factors, the sensitivity of waterlogging pregnant factors and the vulnerability of waterlogging bearing factors were analyzed, and in this way the risk, sensitivity, vulnerability and comprehensive risk assessment index of flood and waterlogging in Chuxiong Prefecture were obtained. The results show that the highest risk of waterlogging factors in Chuxiong Prefecture is found in Shuangbai County, with a risk value of 0.575, and the lowest risk area is in Yuanmou County, with a risk value of 0.067. Besides, the area with the highest sensitivity of waterlogging factors in Chuxiong Prefecture is in Yuanmou County, with a sensitivity value of 0.392, while the lowest sensitivity is in Shuangbai County, with a sensitivity value of 0.074. Moreover, the area with the highest vulnerability to waterlogging factors in Chuxiong Prefecture is in Shuangbai County, with a vulnerability value of 0.194, while the area with the lowest vulnerability is in Chuxiong City, with a vulnerability value of 0.011. The high-risk areas of comprehensive flood risk assessment are mainly located in Shuangbai County, with the risk index being 0.437, while the low-risk areas are mainly in Yuanmou County, with the risk index being 0.137.
