云南晾晒烟中小分子的荧光光谱及显微成像

Fluorescence spectra and microscopic imaging of small molecules in Yunnan air-dried tobacco

  • 摘要: 为提高晾晒烟中化学成分的研究利用,进一步拓展烟草资源的用途,以云南地方晾晒烟为研究对象,分离得到2个荧光小分子化合物2-甲基喹啉(QND)和3-羧酸吲哚(YD),对其进行了光谱分析和药理学毒性与成像分析. 2个荧光小分子均显示出较高的荧光量子产率,在一定范围的pH条件下,对环境pH的变化表现出良好的响应,且呈现互补特征. 细胞实验结果表明,实验条件下两个小分子细胞毒性较低,细胞成像结果均呈现出较好的荧光成像能力,具有在生物领域应用的可行性,为晾晒烟资源的综合应用以及探究烟草的新用途新用法展示出良好的应用前景.

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the research and utilization of chemical components in air-dried tobacco, two fluorescent small molecules, 2-methylquinoline (QND) and 3-indole (YD), were isolated from Yunnan local air-dried tobacco. Then, their spectral analysis, pharmacological toxicity and imaging analysis were studied. The results showed that two small fluorescent molecules possessed high fluorescence quantum yields, stable response to environmental pH changes and complementary trend. The cell experiments had also showed that the two molecules were low cytotoxicity and good cell imaging, which showed the feasibility of application in the biological field. In summary, these results might show a good application prospect for the comprehensive application of air-dried tobacco resources and might explore the new usages of tobacco.
