基于免疫−烟花算法的交通信号控制问题建模与优化

Modeling and optimization of traffic signal control problem based on immune-firework algorithm

  • 摘要: 针对交通网内多交叉口信号协同控制问题,利用一种半分布式的三层构架对交通网进行区域分割,并根据车流动力学特性建立了一种交通信号协同优化模型. 为了解决交叉口之间的相位差冲突问题,提出了一种分级策略,实现了相位差的最优配置. 此外,根据所建模型的特点提出了一种基于免疫的烟花算法,加快了算法的收敛速度,还避免了陷入局部最优,提高了算法的全局搜索能力和求解精度. 实验结果表明,所提出的模型、算法以及分级策略在解决多交叉口信号协同控制和相位差冲突问题时具有一定的优势.

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of signal collaborative control at multiple intersections in the transportation network, a semi distributed three-layer architecture was used to segment the transportation network, and a traffic signal collaborative optimization model was established based on the dynamic characteristics of vehicle flow. In order to solve the problem of offset conflicts between intersections, a hierarchical strategy was proposed to achieve the optimal configuration of offset. In addition, an immune based fireworks algorithm was proposed based on the characteristics of the built model, which accelerated the convergence speed of the algorithm, avoided falling into local optimum, and improved the global search ability and solution accuracy of the algorithm. Experimental analysis showed that the proposed model, algorithm, and hierarchical strategy had certain advantages in solving the problems of signal collaborative control and offset conflict at multiple intersections.
