Abstract:
A micellar capillary electrophoresis method was established by setting the electrolyte solution as 40% methanol-16 mmol/L SDS-20 mmol/L borax solution (pH=9.72), the separation voltage as 25 kV, the sampling pressure as 0.5 psi for 7 s, the column temperature as 25 ℃, and the detection wavelength of PDA as 214 nm. Four kinds of triterpenes, including hydroxy asiaticoside, hydroxy niucoside and niucoside, in
Centella Asiatica and its preparation, can be separated and analyzed simultaneously. The method has good reproducibility, high accuracy and good linear relationship. This method was used to analyze and determine the contents of four triterpenoids in
Centella Asiatica and its preparations. The recoveries were in the range of 90%−110%, and the relative standard deviations were less than 5%.
