增施液体有机肥对红富士苹果产量品质及土壤肥力的影响

The effect of applying liquid organic fertilizer on the yield, quality, and soil fertility of Red Fuji apples

  • 摘要: 为改善昭通苹果园当前施肥结构不合理的现状,探索适合昭通地区红富士苹果园提质增效的施肥方案,本研究以水肥一体化矮砧密植红富士苹果为试材,观测不同处理对苹果产量、品质和土壤肥力的影响. 实验设置6个处理,其中包括3个梯度液体有机肥增施处理和3个液体有机肥配施化肥减量处理,以常规施肥为对照. 结果表明,与常规施肥相比,增施液体有机肥和液体有机肥配施减量化肥均显著增加了苹果产量,增幅达到4.90%~26.84%. 各处理还显著提高了果实的可溶性固形物、可溶性糖质量分数、果实硬度和着色度,同时有效降低了果实酸度,改善了果实品质. 此外,各处理均显著提升土壤有机质质量比,增加幅度为11.33%~27.59%,同时提高了土壤全氮、有效磷和速效钾的质量比. 综合各指标来看,化肥减量20%配施液体有机肥处理(T6)效果最优.

     

    Abstract: To address the current issue of imbalanced fertilization practices in Zhaotong apple orchards and to develop an effective fertilization strategy for improving the quality and productivity of ‘Red Fuji’ apples in the region, this study investigated the effects of integrated water and fertilizer management in high-density, dwarf ‘Red Fuji’ apple orchards. Specifically, we evaluated the impacts of different fertilization treatments on apple yield, fruit quality, and soil fertility. Six treatments were implemented, including three with increasing rates of liquid organic fertilizer and three combining liquid organic fertilizer with reduced chemical fertilizer rates, with conventional fertilization serving as the control. The results showed that, compared with conventional fertilization, both the increased application of liquid organic fertilizer and the combined application with reduced chemical fertilizer significantly enhanced apple yield, with increases ranging from 4.90% to 26.84%. These treatments also significantly improved fruit quality by increasing the contents of soluble solids and soluble sugars, as well as fruit firmness and coloration, while reducing fruit acidity. Moreover, all treatments significantly increased soil organic matter by 11.33% to 27.59%, and improved soil total nitrogen, available phosphorus, and available potassium levels. Among all treatments, the combined application of liquid organic fertilizer with a 20% reduction in chemical fertilizer (T6) produced the most favorable outcomes across all measured indicators.
