百蕊草化学成分的研究

Study on chemical components of Thesium chinense

  • 摘要: 采用正相硅胶柱色谱、HP-20大孔树脂柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱、半制备液相色谱等方法对百蕊草乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,得到了19个化合物,并运用NMR、MS等现代波谱方法分别鉴定为isolariciresinol (1)、matairesinol (2)、(7R, 8R)-4, 7, 9, 9'-四羟基-3-3'-二甲氧基-8-O-4'新木脂素 (3)、calquiquelignan D (4)、tricin4'-O-(erythro-β-guaiacylglyceryl)ether (5)、luteolin (6)、loliolide (7)、(+)-epiloliolide (8)、脱落酸 (9)、尼泊金甲酯 (10)、阿魏酸 (11)、反式对羟基肉桂酸乙酯 (12)、p-hydroxy-benzoic acid ethylester (13)、5-O-阿魏酰奎宁酸 (14)、4-O-阿魏酸–奎宁甲酯 (15)、conoidol A (16)、异嗪皮啶 (17)、邻苯二酚 (18)、pinnatifidanin A (19). 其中化合物1~68~19为首次从该植物中分离得到. 对分离得到的化合物15-1217进行抑菌活性测试,其中化合物6对枯草杆菌抑菌效果比较突出.

     

    Abstract: Normal phase silica gel column chromatography, HP-20 macroporous resin column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 dextran gel column chromatography, and semi-preparative liquid chromatography were used for the isolation and purification of the ethyl acetate parts of Thesium chinense to obtain 19 compounds, which were identified by NMR, MS and other spectroscopic techniques as isolariciresinol (1), matairesinol (2), (7R, 8R)-4, 7, 9, 9'-tetrahydroxy-3-3'-dimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan (3), calquiquelignan D (4), tricin4'-O-(erythro-β-guaiacylglyceryl)ether (5), luteolin (6), loliolide (7), (+)-epiloliolide (8), abscisic acid (9), nipagin methyl ester (10), ferulic acid (11), trans-p-hydroxycinnamic acid ethyl ester (12), p-hydroxy-benzoic acid ethylester (13), 5-O-feruloylquinic acid (14), 4-O-feruloylquinicacid-quinic acid-methylester (15), conoidol A (16), isozinopyridine (17), catechol (18), and pinnatifidanin A (19). Among them, compounds 1−6 and 8−19 were isolated from the plant for the first time. The isolated compounds 1, 5−12and 17 were tested for their bacteriostatic activity, in which compound 6 was more effective in inhibiting Bacillus subtilis.
