枇杷内生真菌Nigrospora oryzae的次级代谢产物及抗宿主植物病原菌活性研究

Study on secondary metabolites of Nigrospora oryzae isolated from loquat and their inhibitions of pathogenic fungus from host plant

  • 摘要: 对产自云南大学呈贡校区内的枇杷茎、叶、树皮的内生菌进行分离,获得其中优势菌株稻黑孢霉Nigrospora oryzae及链格孢菌Alternaria alternata. 探究稻黑孢霉Nigrospora oryzae的次级代谢产物及其抗宿主植物病原菌链格孢菌Alternaria alternata活性,挖掘潜在的天然抗菌资源. 对稻黑孢霉Nigrospora oryzae的次级代谢产物进行研究,综合利用多种色谱分离技术,从Nigrospora oryzae的大米固体发酵产物中分离鉴定10个已知化合物:R-mevalonolactone(1)、(4R,5S)-5-hydroxyhexan-4-olide(2)、(4R,5R)-5-hydroxyhexan-4-olide(3)、1-phenyl-1,2-ethanediol(4)、p-hydroxyphenethylalcohol(5)、orcinol(6)、(2R,3S)-1,2,3-butanetriol(7)、(2R,3R)-1,2,3-butanetriol(8)、(5R,7R,9R)-7,9-dihydroxy-5-decanolide(9)和 ethyl-α-D-glucopyranoside(10). 首次对分离得到的10个化合物进行抗宿主植物病原真菌实验,发现化合物4、6、7/8具有较好的抗宿主植物病原菌链格孢菌活性,为生防剂的开发提供参考.

     

    Abstract: The fungi were isolated from the bark, stem and leaf of Loquat in the Wancui Garden of Yunnan University of Chenggong, of which Nigrospora oryzae and Alternaria alternata were dominant fungi. To explore the secondary metabolites of Nigrospora oryzae for their inhibitions of pathogenic fungus Alternaria alternata from host plant, Nigrospora oryzae were fermented by sloid mice medium. Ten compounds were isolated from solid rice fermentation of N. oryzae and their structures were identified as: R-mevalonolactone(1), (4R,5S)-5-hydroxyhexan-4-olide(2), (4R,5R)-5-hydroxyhexan-4-olide(3), 1-phenyl-1,2-ethanediol(4), p-hydroxyphenethylalcohol(5), orcinol(6), (2R,3S)-1,2,3-butanetriol(7), (2R,3R)-1,2,3-butanetriol(8), (5R,7R,9R)-7,9-dihydroxy-5-decanolide(9)and ethyl-α-D-glucopyranoside(10). The ten compounds for antifungal assays against plant pathogens Alternaria alternata in the host plant were the first time. Compounds 4, 6 and 7/8 exhibited significant inhibitory activities. This study provided the reference for the development of biocontrol agents.
