二十蕊商陆茎叶的化学成分和抗菌活性研究

Study on the chemical composition and antibacterial activity of the stems and leaves of P. icosandra L.

  • 摘要: 应用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱、高效液相色谱、核磁共振等多种手段首次对二十蕊商陆(Phytolacca icosandra L.)的茎叶进行化学成分研究,共分离鉴定出17个化合物,其中化合物1为新的木脂素苷类结构,命名为hedyotisoside A. 测定分离得到的化合物对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抗菌活性,发现化合物17(亚麻酸)对金黄色葡萄球菌有较好抑制作用.

     

    Abstract: The chemical constituents of the leaves of P. icosandra L. were studied by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column, high performance liquid chromatography and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum. Seventeen chemical compounds were isolated and identificated. Compound 1 is a new lignan glycoside named hedyotioside A. And the antibacterial activities of the isolated compounds against Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were studied. The result showed that compound 17 (linolenic acid) has a good inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus.
