Abstract: Actinomycete strains YIM31658,YIM31679,YIM31777,which had strong activities for restraining pathogenic fungi Botrytis cinerea,isolated from the soil samples collected from Yongsheng and Zhongdian,Yunnan Province.Based on the polyphasic studies,including its morphology, physiological and biochemical characteristics,chemotaxonomy and 16S rDNA sequence analysis,They were proposed as known species of genus Streptomyces and Streptosporangium namely Streptomyces aureus(YIM31658),Streptomyces galilaeus(YIM31679),Streptosporangium roseum(YIM31777).
